Your personal data is collected and processed solely for the following purposes: 
- To ensure the safety and security of VIP guests and events. 
- To verify identities and manage access to secure areas or events. 
- To comply with legal or contractual obligations related to security services.

We process your personal data based on your explicit consent, as provided by agreeing to this statement. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, as outlined in section 6. Additionally, processing may be necessary for: 
- The performance of a contract (e.g., providing security services).

- Your data will be stored securely on encrypted servers located in the United States.

7. Backstage Sentinel LLC collects mobile numbers to send transactional SMS/MMS messages for event security and safety at our events. We do not sell or share your number except with authorized event staff or first responders in emergencies. Message frequency varies (approximately 1-5 messages per event). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for support.
