Security Consulting Services: Custom security app development and consulting services tailored to the needs of artist and entertainment sector security teams.

Upon purchase of Backstage Verify™ or Sanctum Vibe™, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms and any applicable software license agreement for a period of 12 months. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the software without our express written consent.
7.3 Restrictions

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website will be resolved through binding arbitration in Nashville, Tennessee, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
